Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you are free to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without furnishing any reason.
The withdrawal period opens on the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, and closes fourteen days thereafter.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by way of a clear, unambiguous declaration — for example by email or letter:

Your declaration must leave no doubt as to your intention to cancel. You may optionally use the model withdrawal form included further below — there is no requirement to do so.
Despatching your withdrawal notice before the fourteen-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Following a valid withdrawal, we will return all payments received from you — including standard outbound delivery charges (but not any additional cost arising from your selection of a non-standard delivery service) — without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Reimbursement will ordinarily be made via the same method of payment as the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise; no charge will be levied on you in connection with the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us or until you furnish proof of having sent them — whichever is earlier.
Goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the date you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met provided you send the goods before this period elapses.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminution in value of the goods caused by handling that exceeds what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not extend to contracts for:
- Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly adapted to meet your personal requirements;
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned on health or hygiene grounds where the seal has been broken after delivery;
- Goods that, following delivery, have by their nature become inseparably combined with other items;
- Sealed audio or video recordings, or sealed software, whose seal has been opened after delivery.

How the Return Process Works
- Send an email to contact@klyver.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will acknowledge your request and provide you with the return address.
- Pack the goods securely — the original packaging is preferred wherever possible.
- Return the parcel within fourteen days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- Once the goods have been received and checked, we will issue your refund within fourteen days.
Refunds
Your refund will be credited via the payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between five and ten working days for the sum to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Should any item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us within seven days of receipt at contact@klyver.com. Attach clear photographs of the problem and quote your order number. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you — at your discretion — either a replacement item or a full refund of the purchase price.
