Everything you need to know about delivery charges, estimated shipping windows and accepted payment methods at KLYVER for our home and garden range is set out below. These conditions form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping Costs

All prices on our website include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your acquisition.

Please note: For shipments to destinations outside the United Kingdom and the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT and other charges may be levied. These are not collected by KLYVER but imposed directly by the customs authorities or the carrier in the destination country, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery windows begin on the date of order confirmation, upon receipt of your payment. Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally prepared for despatch the same day. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Where an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be noted on the relevant product page. In exceptional circumstances — such as force majeure or industrial action — the stated window may be extended; we will keep you informed without delay.

3. Shipping Partners

Your order will be delivered through one of our established logistics partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Evri
  • UPS (for international shipments)

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking reference so you can follow your delivery at any time.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details. Once a parcel has been despatched, amendments to the delivery address are unfortunately no longer possible.

5. Partial Shipments

In some instances it may be necessary to split a single order into separate consignments — for example when certain items become available at different times. No additional delivery charges will arise in such cases.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available at KLYVER:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • PayPal
  • Klarna — Pay Later, Pay in 3 instalments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on order value, destination country or other objective criteria.

7. Secure Payment Processing

All transactions are conducted via SSL/TLS-encrypted connections. Our payment partners carry PCI DSS Level 1 certification. Payment details are transmitted directly to the respective provider — full card information is never stored by KLYVER at any stage.

8. Invoicing

An invoice is automatically produced for every order and sent to you by email, containing all legally required information with VAT shown as a separate line item.

9. Issues with Your Delivery

Should your parcel not arrive within the stated window, or if it shows visible damage on receipt, please contact us at contact@klyver.com quoting your order number. We will act without delay to find an appropriate resolution.
